Helen Keller International/Indonesia, an international NGO part of Helen Keller International, is a global leader in saving the sight and lives of the most vulnerable and disadvantaged. We combat the causes and consequences of blindness and malnutrition by establishing programs based on evidence and research in vision, health and nutrition.

HKI’s programs have primarily addressed in inclusive education, nutrition, maternal and child health, large scale health monitoring and evaluation, social marketing and health promotion, and eye care.

COMMUNICATION OFFICER

Requirements:

Bachelor degree in communication, journalistic, or related field
Min. 4 years experience in journalism (print, TV and radio media)
Possessing a wide network of media related contacts
Have demonstrated advanced ability to write materials for public consumption in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
Fluent spoken and written English skill with min. TOEFL score 550
Well-organized, creative, takes initiative, self-starter, able to work under pressure
Enjoys working with minimum supervision
Excellent communication skill and interpersonal relations
Salary is negotiable. Working hour is full time and/or part time basis. Office is located in Kemang, South Jakarta
